Samantha Garrison, Lara Elliott and Ginger Oros

Samantha Garrison is a founder and the director of Light and Space Yoga, Ojai California. She also founded Yogala Studios, Los Angeles. She is a yoga and meditation teacher and reiki master.

Lara Elliott is an acupuncturist, holistic and integrative alternative medicine practitioner, meditation teacher, and has worked with Breathwork in private practice and groups.

Ginger Oros is a Marriage & Family Therapist, trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher and co-owner of Light and Space Yoga. She also oversees her family's protea flower farm on the Gaviota coast.
