Rachael Mrocka
Usui Reiki Master · Intuitive Mentor & Sound Healer
Rachael is a Usui Reiki Master, intuitive mentor, and sound healer whose work bridges energetic healing, self-awareness, and embodied transformation.
Alongside the traditional Japanese practice of Usui Reiki, she combines intuitive guidance and spiritual practice to creates a supportive space for clients to reconnect with themselves, explore subconscious patterns, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety within their bodies.
Her practice is rooted in the understanding that healing extends beyond a single session. Alongside individual Reiki treatments, Rachael offers ongoing intuitive mentorship and inner child work, helping clients explore the roots of recurring emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and experiences that may be shaping their present reality.
Beyond her private practice, Rachael facilitates community sound healing experiences that combine meditation, intentional ritual, and sound to encourage rest, reflection, grounding, and connection.
At the heart of her work is the belief that healing isn't always about becoming someone new, but returning to the parts of ourselves we've learned to disconnect from.
